Khyber Reformas is a renovation and construction company working in Spain, specialising in full home renovations and in the individual trades that make them up.
Our approach is simple: a renovation goes well when it is properly planned and when each trade arrives at the right moment. Most problems on site don't come from a lack of skill — they come from a lack of coordination. A wall closed up before the services are run. A floor laid without checking levels. A finishing detail nobody takes responsibility for.
That is why we work to a written scope with one person accountable for the job. Before anything starts you know what will be done, with which materials and in what order. While the work is underway you know who to ask.
We pay particular attention to the details you see every day and to the ones you never see at all: the continuous plane of a drywall ceiling, the aligned joint in a tiled wall, the drip bead that stops water staining a façade, the isolating valve that lets a repair happen without shutting off the whole house. None of them draws attention on its own, but together they are the difference between a renovation that lasts and one that starts causing trouble in its second year.
We work with materials from established manufacturers, follow each manufacturer's technical guidance, and carry out installations in line with the regulations in force in Spain. Where an intervention affects structural elements, we coordinate it with the relevant qualified professional: some work requires a proper design and technical supervision, and we do not take it on any other way.
