Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we process it, and what rights you can exercise.
Last updated:
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is the entity identified in the Legal Notice, at the address and using the contact details given there.
You can contact the controller about any matter relating to the processing of your personal data at the email address provided in the Legal Notice.
2. Data we process
Through the quote request form we process the data you provide voluntarily: your name, phone number, email address, the service requested, the project location and the description you write.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process your contact details and the content of the communication to the extent necessary to deal with your enquiry.
The site also uses necessary technical cookies and, only if you consent, analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data in order to respond to your request for information or a quotation, prepare the corresponding proposal, and maintain the communication needed during the process. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Where a contractual relationship exists, processing is based on performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on compliance with applicable legal obligations, particularly tax and accounting requirements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Analytics cookies are processed solely on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings.
4. Retention period
We keep quote request data for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, where it does not lead to a contract, for a maximum of one year, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.
Data linked to a contractual relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the legally applicable limitation periods.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties unconnected to the provision of the service. Only our web hosting and email providers access it, acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR.
If any of these providers is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be made under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or under the corresponding standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to the contact address given in the Legal Notice with suitable proof of identity.
If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its online portal at www.aepd.es.
7. Security and minors
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
This website is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in how the site works. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
